In Kelly v. Kelly, 2007 BCSC 227, Barrow J. considered the effect of re-marriage on a spousal support order. The relationship there had been some 10 years, four years passing from separation to divorce, and in the five years before the application before Barrow J. in 2006, both parties re-married.
