The following excerpt is from Gleason v. Yoon, 2015 BCSC 586 (CanLII):

The plaintiff has only engaged in ten physiotherapy sessions since the accident. She found this helpful to some degree, but in the later sessions she found that her headaches were being made worse. Her evidence indicates that she made only cursory efforts, if any, to address how she might continue to engage in useful therapy whilst managing her headaches.
