Is there any case law in which a defendant has been found to have been enriched by the efforts of a plaintiff?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from P.B. v. S.L.L. and R.L., 2004 BCSC 1002 (CanLII):

Peter v. Beblow, supra held that, once enrichment is found, the corresponding deprivation is virtually automatic (p. 1013): As a general rule, if it is found that the defendant has been enriched by the efforts of the plaintiff there will, almost as a matter of course be deprivation suffered by the plaintiff.
