As I stated in Coon v. Province of New Brunswick, 2014 NBQB 117, per diem rates in contracts should be redacted because it is necessary to protect competitive positions. It is not necessary for me to comment on the discretionary exemptions pursuant to subsections 26(1) and 30(1). They may apply but, in my view, the information is exempted under section 22.
