On the facts, it is not possible to determine with accuracy the amount of damages for a one week overhead claim. Nonetheless, the court must set an amount even where it is a matter of guesswork: Penvidic v. International Nickel, 1975 CanLII 6 (SCC), [1976] 1 S.C.R. 267.
