Is a search warrant issued after 6:00 p.m valid?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from R. v. Pickton, 2006 BCSC 1090 (CanLII):

A helpful starting point is the decision of Wood J. in Pars Oriental Rug v. Canada, [1988] B.C.J. No. 3055 (S.C.). At issue was whether a search warrant issued under the Customs Act was of no force or effect after 6:00 p.m. That warrant provided as follows: THIS IS, therefore, to authorize and require you between the hours of 9:30 a.m. July 29th, 1988 to 6:00 p.m. July 29th, 1988 to enter into the said premises and to search for the said things and to seize same, if found.
