If the parties cannot agree on the issue of costs, I will entertain brief written submissions. Costs submissions are due from the applicant within ten days and are not to exceed three pages, plus a bill of costs. The respondent may file responding submissions not to exceed three pages plus a bill of costs within seven days of the receipt of the applicant’s submissions.
