In a motor vehicle accident case, is there any case law where a wife who was a passenger in the vehicle was found to have been driving at the time of the collision?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Kasic v. Leyh, 2009 BCSC 649 (CanLII):

In Paller v. Paller, the wife was a passenger in the vehicle driven by her husband which was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She was 34 at the time, and 38 at the time of trial. The couple had two small children, and she was, in effect, the breadwinner of the family. The accident left her with chronic pain in her lower back. She had a work history that began when she was a teenager.
