Pakka v. Nygard was the only family law case relied upon by the respondent. In that case the relevant portion of the fee agreement read as follows: I understand and agree that in addition to the fees charged in interim accounts, there will be a final account at which the complexity of the issues and the result obtained may also be taken into consideration in filing the amount of the final fee.
