I therefore dismiss the application for orders nisi. I direct that the five proceedings be set down for trial to be heard together. As was done in Northland Bank v. Kocken, supra, the petition(s) will be taken as statements of claim. The date of entry for formal judgment of this order will be the date for the delivery of the statement of claim. Thereafter, all provisions in the rules with respect to the pleadings, discovery of documents and for examinations for discovery apply. Any party is at liberty to apply for directions.
