In situations where a licensee is also administratively suspended the penalty is adjusted to ensure full force and effect. Essentially, the fixed suspension is ordered to be served after administrative and indefinite suspensions are satisfied. See Law Society of Ontario v. Oti, 2018 ONLSTH 129.
