The applicant has provided a business valuation. He claims he does not have the resources to obtain further valuations to meet the respondent’s expectations. The court acknowledges the respondent’s reservations about the qualifications of the accountant and documents relied upon. However, the applicant has provided some evidence in satisfaction of his obligation to provide particulars of the value of these assets.
