In Ng v. Ng, [1998] B.C.J. No. 2574 (S.C.), Humphries J. cautioned at paras. 43-45 that in order for the inference to be drawn, a court must be persuaded that assets are not fully disclosed, and that there must be some evidentiary basis upon which the court can reach the conclusion that the non-disclosing party is probably concealing assets.
