Nelson are somewhat similar to those set out in Maroukis in that both involve the interest obtained by execution/enforcement creditors in the property of one spouse after the other spouse has commenced an action for division of matrimonial property, but prior to a final determination and order distributing the matrimonial property to one spouse or the other.
