The Court then again quoted Moge and indicated at para. 17 that: …if there could be any doubt about the need for the law to honestly recognize the value of domestic services, it must be considered to have been banished by Moge v. Moge … While the case arose under the Divorce Act…, the value of the services did not change the legal remedy invoked.
