I do not accept the argument of the respondent that the agreement underlying the spousal support order in the present case mandates a higher threshold as envisioned in Miglin v. Miglin to warrant its variation. Although the agreement is a factor to consider, it is so only insofar as it establishes “what the parties actually contemplated at the time the order was entered by agreement”.
