Donald J. put it another way in McLeod Lake Indian Band v. British Columbia, [1989] B.C.J. No. 2049 (Q.L.) (S.C.): Where there occurs a significant change of circumstances, unforeseen when the order was made, and the change seriously affects the operation of the order, the injunction should be varied to meet the new circumstances.
