If the issue of costs cannot be resolved, I direct that the party seeking costs shall deliver written submissions to my chambers within 15 days of the release of this judgment with responding submissions to be delivered to my office within 15 days thereafter. The written submissions are not to exceed three typewritten, double spaced pages, excluding the Bill of Costs and Costs Outline. If no submissions are received within this timeframe, the parties will be deemed to have settled the issue of costs as between themselves. ___________________________ MacPherson J.
