There are, however, a couple of additional principles that are applicable to this case. First, there is relevance. Questions should only be answered when they have some relevance to the issues in dispute. Relevance is found where the evidence in question will increase or diminish the probability of the existence of a fact in issue. See Korn v. Korn 2017 ONSC 4934 at para. 32 and the cases cited therein.
