What is the test for a child protection order against a mother who has been accused of experimenting with her children’s lives?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Children’s Aid Society of Toronto v. M.S.2, 2010 ONSC 3878 (CanLII):

The mother must stop experimenting with her children’s lives. There has to be some demonstrated basis for a determination that the mother is able to parent the children without unreasonably endangering the children’s safety. The mother failed to do so at the trial before Waldman J. (See: Jewish Child and Family Services v. R.K., supra, at para. 68.)
