Finally, the Minister’s representative argues that the Izzocola v. Canada Citizenship and Immigration [2013] SCC-40 file or case which deals with the question of complicity with regards to the commission of violations to human rights pursuant to Section 35 of the Act is a different concept than that of membership under Section 34 of the same Act, and that thus it should not find application in the case at hand.
