In considering defendant's claim there was not sufficient evidence of force, violence, duress, menace, or fear, we examine the whole record for substantial evidence in the light most favorable to the judgment. (People v. Kraft (2000) 23 Cal.4th 978, 1053-1054.) The present record demonstrates substantial evidence of duress.
