5. Because we conclude that neither the out-of-court or in-court identification was unreliable or otherwise inadmissible, we reject D.T.'s argument that his counsel was ineffective is failing to move to suppress them. (See People v. Lewis (1990) 50 Cal.3d 262, 289 [counsel not ineffective in failing to make meritless motion].)
