Defendant contends that evidence regarding the files, including images, seized from his computers and telephone as well as the search terms "did not qualify as admissible criminal disposition evidence under [Evidence Code] section 1108, were insufficiently probative under [Evidence Code] section 1101[,] subdivision (b), and were unduly prejudicial under [Evidence Code] section 352."
