Furthermore, the expert's testimony was brief, generalized, and contained no opinions about the parties in this case. (See People v. Morgan (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1210, 1217.) She denied having any knowledge of the underlying facts, the identity of the victims, or the charges at issue. Defendant's theory of prejudice is based less on the testimony itself than on the related claim of instructional error.
