Defendant argues that plaintiff's claim alleging that he was issued the rules violation report in retaliation for filing the administrative grievance is barred by Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477 (1994). It is undisputed that plaintiff was assessed 30 days of time credits for the disciplinary conviction based on the allegedly false rules violation report.
