seems to be claiming the City or County's acceptance of dedication of roads in the vicinity was valid, even if implied, and cannot now be altered. (See Sacramento County v. Lauszus (1945) 70 Cal.App.2d 639, 645, 651 [land held for public purposes is not subject to the operation of the statute of limitations].)
