3 The complaint, however liability construed in plaintiff's favor, fails to plead a cause of action for false arrest or imprisonment in view of the statutory exemption from liability in such cases. (See Govt.Code, 821.6; Watson v. County of Los Angeles, 254 Cal.App.2d 361, 62 Cal.Rptr. 191 (254 A.C.A. 394).)
