What is the range of damages for wrongful dismissal and verbal abuse?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Russell v. Foley, 2002 CanLII 49612 (ON SC):

25 I further find the plaintiff was wrongfully dismissed and treated very badly by the respondent including his verbal abuse of her. The plaintiff is entitled to aggravated damages. The respondent by his actions increased her mental distress and humiliation. In respect of the applicability of aggravated damages, I rely in part on Hill v. Church of Scientology of Toronto (1995), 1995 CanLII 59 (SCC), 184 N.R. 1 (S.C.C.).
