The following excerpt is from Janmohamed v. Janmohamed, 2014 BCSC 107 (CanLII):

Thus I disagree with the view that interim support orders may not be varied before the final disposition of the application for corollary relief. I must respectfully decline to accept the authority of Heschel v. Heschel and Validen v. Validen.

Neither counsel referred the court to Chicoine v. Chicoine, 2007 BCSC 735, where Madam Justice Smith reached the same conclusion. At para. 29, she wrote:
