In Children’s Aid Society of the Region of Peel v. S.R.-T., [2005] O.J. No. 6146 (Q.L.) at ¶ 54, Justice Baldock held on the basis of expert evidence in that case, that phallometric testing was “unhelpful as a diagnostic tool or as an indicator of the risk of acting upon any deviant sexual preference.”
