Although defendant properly points out that it is misconduct to use deceptive or reprehensible methods to persuade the jury of the defendant's guilt (People v. Cash (2002) 28 Cal.4th 703, 733), or to express personal belief in the defendant's guilt on the basis of evidence not before the jury (People v. Hall (2000) 82 Cal.App.4th 813, 817-818).
