An order modifying child support, including a decision on imputation of income, is reviewed for abuse of discretion. (In re Marriage of Leonard (2004) 119 Cal.App.4th 546, 555-556.) A trial court's order denying a motion in limine to exclude evidence is likewise reviewed for abuse of discretion (McCoy v. Pacific Maritime Assn. (2013) 216 Cal.App.4th 283, 295), as is a denial of attorney fees and costs under Family Code9 section 2030 and sanctions under section 271 (In re Marriage of Siva (2020) 53 Cal.App.5th 1170, 1182).
