Is contempt of an order registered under s. 13 of the Criminal Code of Canada a criminal or civil matter?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 832 v. Board of Parkland School District No. 63, 1979 CanLII 2162 (SK QB):

I do not consider it essential in resolving this problem to determine if the possible contempt of an order registered under s. 13 is criminal or civil in nature. It is clear that even civil contempt may have criminal connotations (Poje v. A.G. B.C., 1953 CanLII 34 (SCC), [1953] 1 S.C.R. 516, 105 C.C.C. 311, [1953] 2 D.L.R. 785).
