The following excerpt is from B.G. v. L.B.S., Inc., G053605 (Cal. App. 2017):

the evidence. (Ghadrdan v. Gorabi (2010) 182 Cal.App.4th 416, 420-421 [abuse of discretion standard regarding questions of relevance and undue prejudice].) We therefore need not address whether admission of the evidence was prejudicial.

The judgment is affirmed. Respondents are entitled to costs on appeal.
