Appellants have not alleged nor made a showing that the trustees acted arbitrarily, capriciously, or in bad faith, supra, therefore their actions are not subject to judicial review. (Brauer v. Sheet Metal Workers, etc., supra, 82 Cal.App.3d, at p. 165, 146 Cal.Rptr. 844.)
