The requirement that a search warrant specify with particularity what may be seized is aimed at preventing the police from indiscriminately seizing any and all items which They consider as fair game. (People v. Rothenberg, 20 N.Y.2d 35, 38, 281 N.Y.S.2d 316, 317, 228 N.E.2d 379, 380). Such is not the situation here where the warrant makes specific reference to the titles which are set forth in the affidavit.
