Is a plaintiff entitled to compensation for injuries sustained by an employee as a result of an electrical shock?

" 'A person suffering from a preexisting disease who is disabled by an injury proximately arising out of the employment is entitled to compensation even though a normal man would not have been adversely affected by the event.'
