In any event, defendant has forfeited his claim that probation was improperly terminated because the trial court did not make a finding that he was either a danger to others or unamenable to treatment. People v. Scott (1994) 9 Cal.4th 331, 356, held that complaints about the manner in which the trial court articulated its supporting reasons for exercising its discretion in sentencing cannot be raised for the first time on appeal.
