In People v. Guzman (1975) 47 Cal.App.3d 380, 387, 121 Cal.Rptr. 69, the court held "a defendant is entitled to an instruction directing the jury's attention to evidence from the consideration of which reasonable doubt of defendant's guilt might be engendered."
