The following excerpt is from People v. Richardson, E061492 (Cal. App. 2015):
"'[A] series of trial errors, though independently harmless, may in some circumstances rise by accretion to the level of reversible and prejudicial error.'" (People v. Cunningham (2001) 25 Cal.4th 926, 1009.) The errors we have found were independently harmless. When combined together they do not rise to the level of prejudicial errordefendant's trial was not error free, but it was fair. (Ibid. ["Defendant was entitled to a fair trial but not a perfect one"].)
The judgment is affirmed.
