While the blockades have been removed, that was as a result of the interim injunction granted by Grauer J. Given the history of this matter, there is no basis to assume that no further blockades will occur if an injunction is not issued. It is highly probable that if the injunction were not granted, the defendants would resume blockading the roads. Such conduct interferes with the plaintiff’s lawful right to conduct its business, thereby causing irreparable harm: Interfor [v. Kern et al., 2000 BCSC 1141], at para. 33; West Fraser Mills v. Members of Lax Kw'Alaams, 2004 BCSC 815, at paras. 21-22.
