An injunction in this case is merely to prohibit breaches of the statute which, like any law, is required to be obeyed. The law in this case is enacted for the protection of the public. I agree with counsel’s submission that in such case the evidentiary threshold is low, as the injunction merely operates to prohibit breach of the statute, which is impermissible conduct in any event: see Law Society v. Targosz, 2010 BCSC 969, at paras. 40-42.
