British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from N.N.N v. D.E.B., 2016 BCSC 1778 (CanLII):

Incompatibility is not sufficient to justify such an order. Although the spouses may be leading separate lives under the same roof in an unpleasant and acrimonious environment, shared use of the home may still not be considered to be a practical impossibility; Ingram v. Ingram, 2011 BCSC 1318.
