Once “an inference or prima facie case of income imputation is made out by the [party seeking to impute], the onus must shift to the [other party] to justify and provide some clarity as to what his or her income actually is”: Lo v. Lo, 2011 ONSC 7663, 15 R.F.L. (7th) 344 at para. 57.
