In White v. LeBlanc, 2004 NBQB 360, the applicants for injunctive relief in a non-strata context alleged that a tractor-trailer parked in front of their home, on someone else's lot, constituted a "nuisance" and "adversely affect[ed] the beneficial enjoyment of their property": para. 21.
