In Budget Finance Plan v. Superior Court, supra, 34 Cal.App.3d 794, the court, after granting a demurrer with leave to amend in a putative class action, allowed interrogatories where the plaintiffs sought to find additional plaintiffs who had been defrauded by certain parties, since the named plaintiffs were not injured by those parties.
