her First Amendment rights (see Paul v. Friedman , supra , 95 Cal.App.4th at p. 861, 117 Cal.Rptr.2d 82 ). Where, as here, the operative complaint alleges no act on the part of the moving defendants in support of the claim or claims for relief that those defendants seek to strike from that complaint, the defendants are not entitled to strike those claims for relief pursuant to the anti-SLAPP statute, although they may have other remedies available to them to address deficiencies in the pleading.
