In this personal injury action, the accident having occurred outside this state and defendants being non-residents of the state, but having an automobile liability policy issued by an insurance company with an office in the state, plaintiffs followed the procedure authorized in Seider v. Roth, 17 N.Y.2d 111, 269 N.Y.S.2d 99, 216 N.E.2d 312 for obtaining jurisdiction and attached the policy.
