Canada (Federal), Canada

The following excerpt is from Akram v. Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), 2004 FC 826 (CanLII):

In relation to applications for permanent residence, the respondent relies on the decision of Yu v. Canada (Minister of Employment and Immigration) (1995), 11 Imm. L.R.
